Set up ServeUP on Ubuntu.
Add the official ServeUP software repository and signing key. APT will then verify ServeUP packages and install their dependencies.
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS · x64 · Internet connection required
Repository setup is available. The Cloud POS Debian package is awaiting publication.
Configure your machine
Download the setup script, then run it with administrator permission. You can read the script before running it.
wget -O serveup-install.sh https://install.serveup.software/install.sh
sudo bash serveup-install.sh --repository-only
The script checks your Ubuntu version and verifies the ServeUP signing key before adding the repository. It is safe to run again on a machine configured by this installer.
Install the POS after release
sudo bash serveup-install.sh
This installs the POS and required packages. The application menu and desktop integration come with the Debian package. Open ServeUP from your application menu after installation.
